Attorney (On-Site | Santa Monica, CA)

A Santa Monica consumer advocacy law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with  1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in lemon law, consumer protection, products liability, or personal injury. This role involves handling all aspects of litigation under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Lemon Law) against major auto manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, attend hearings, and handle depositions
• Manage vehicle inspections/surrenders
• Negotiate settlements and assist in trial prep

Requirements:

• Active CA Bar license
• Civil litigation experience (state required, federal a plus)
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong client advocacy mindset
