Senior Litigation Associate / Partner – Toxic Tort & Asbestos DefenseA sophisticated litigation practice is seeking experienced California attorneys to join its Toxic Tort and Asbestos Defense team.This opportunity is open to both Associate and Partner-level attorneys with meaningful asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience who can contribute with minimal training.Key ResponsibilitiesManage toxic tort and asbestos litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and case evaluationsTake and defend fact and expert depositionsPrepare matters for mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trialWork directly with clients, experts, and litigation teamsQualificationsActive California State Bar membershipMinimum 2+ years of litigation experienceAsbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience required for serious considerationStrong deposition and legal writing skillsAbility to independently manage litigation mattersLocationCalifornia-based candidates preferredHybrid, remote, and in-office arrangements availableCompensationPartner: Approximately $190,000–$250,000+Discretionary bonus opportunity$190,000–$250,000 per year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
