- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical or small engine repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of ATV, motorcycle, or powersports systems is a plus
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
ATV Service Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and functional issues on ATVs
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and routine maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
- Test ATVs after service to verify repairs have been completed correctly
- Use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Document completed service work and report recurring issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

- Service shop and repair facility environment
- Exposure to tools, machinery, noise, and typical workshop conditions
