Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities:

·Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

·Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.

·Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

·Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

·Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.

·Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Skills:

·Previous experience in sales, preferably in a counter sales role.

·Knowledge of the construction industry and construction products.

·Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales orders.

·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·Ability to answer phones and multi-task.

·Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

·Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.

·Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations.

·Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
