Job Title: Audi Service Greeter

Job Summary
As an Audi Service Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient service drive experience. This highly visible position requires a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers as they arrive on the service drive, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
- Assist with the valet process, including moving, tagging, and organizing customer vehicles.
- Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and delivery, ensuring they are ready, clean, and in the correct location.
- Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership.
- Perform dealership opening duties, including ensuring the customer lounge is clean, presentable, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and other amenities.
- Manage inventory and place orders for coffee, snacks, and lounge supplies.
- Support the service team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
