Job Summary

Under general supervision, performs skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of integrated audio-visual, network infrastructure, unified communications, security, and digital learning systems. Provides technical support for educational technology and performs related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Two years of experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of networked audio-visual systems, telecommunications equipment, or related electronic systems in an educational, corporate, or similar institutional environment. Valid California Driver s License

Desirable Qualifications: • Industry certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), Network+, or manufacturer-specific certifications. • Experience with cloud-based management platforms and remote monitoring systems. • Familiarity with educational technology platforms and learning management systems. • Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA compliance) for audio-visual systems. • Knowledge of legacy security and alarm systems.

Only current active district employees within the bargaining unit, who are on a permanent status (have passed probation), in their current job classification are eligible to apply.
