    Position Overview:

    Northland Audiology & Hearing Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Audiologist to join their thriving private practice in Juneau. This is a patient-centered role in a well-established clinic, offering the opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients.

    The ideal Audiologist candidate will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing comprehensive audiological services that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and hearing tests for patients of all ages.
    • Perform cochlear implant evaluations and mapping to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Provide tinnitus management services tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Educate patients and families on hearing loss, treatment options, and assistive technology.
    • Maintain a patient-first approach, customizing care plans to align with individual goals and lifestyles.
    • Monthly travel to outlying clinic locations to provide services, with some overnight travel

    Requirements: 

    • Doctoral degree in Audiology
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • A commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for the patients, staff, and the practice
    • Self-starter with a positive and professional attitude
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to thrive both independently and in team settings

    Benefits: 

    • Salary Plus Bonus $110,000–$120,000
