    Overview
    Full or part-time position available for Wisconsin licensed Doctor of Audiology to work in collaboration with busy ENT practice at Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center – Walworth in beautiful Lake Geneva, WI. The successful candidate will enjoy the autonomy of an independent practice while providing exceptional audiologic care to a diverse patient population, focusing on both diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid fitting and management.  Benefits include flexible schedule, competitive salary, sales commission, continuing education and license expense reimbursement, and an exceptional work environment. 

     

    Mentorship is available for recent graduates or those looking to expand their clinical expertise.

    Schedule: 40-hours per week

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conducts comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments. 

    • Conducts hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards.  

    • Evaluates, repairs, and performs fittings on hearing aids.  

    • Performs VNG Testing,  

    • Performs Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping. 

    • Conducts follow-up evaluations for patients.  

    • Performs canalith repositioning maneuvers.  

    • Dispenses FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices.  

    • Provides community service talks throughout the area and the Mercy Health System.    

    • May be required to work flexible hours.  

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience

    Doctoral Degree in Audiology.


    Certification and Licensure

    Licensure as an audiologist.
    Completion of CEUs for state licensure.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).

    Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.

    Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally


    Supervises

    Directly supervises audiology staff at Mercy Clinics as well as audiology services at Mercy Hospital and other outlying clinics. Supervises Clinical Fellowship Year audiologists.

    PAY RANGE:

    $70,268.65 - $112,429.84
