Audit Associate

Long-standing Louisville accounting firm — big enough for great training, small enough to stand out — needs an Audit Associate.

Highlights
- Support audits and reviews for distributors, manufacturers, and not-for-profits
- Prepare roll-forwards, inventory observations, and draft financial statement sections
- Weekly check-ins with a career coach (not just your engagement senior)
- Accounting degree; CPA-eligible or working toward 150 hours; up to 2 years experience
- Hybrid schedule; most client sites within a short drive of downtown
- Interviewing right now — firm wants someone in seat soon

Compensation & benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$72,000 DOE
- Bonuses for performance, referrals, and passing the CPA exam
