Audit Manager, Public Accounting (Hybrid after training)

I'm working with a stable, privately owned public accounting firm with multiple offices in southwest Ohio. They're looking for an experienced CPA to lead audit engagements across a variety of industries.

What they offer:

• Salary of $100,000 to $165,000, depending on experience
• More than generous PTO plus paid holidays
• A hybrid schedule after the training period

What you bring:

• An active CPA license
• Public accounting audit experience across multiple industries
• Experience leading audit engagements, including planning, supervising staff and reviewing work
• Strong client communication and mentoring skills
