If you're a strong Senior ready to step up, there's room for you here, too.What you'll be doing:Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through final issuanceBuild trusted relationships with CFOs, controllers, business owners, and senior managementLook beyond the financial statements to advise clients on accounting, reporting, internal controls, and operational challengesSet engagement strategy, manage risk and budgets, and resolve complex technical issuesReview financial statements, disclosures, and workpapers while maintaining high audit quality standardsCoach and develop Seniors and Staff, giving them the direction and ownership to growSpot opportunities to expand client relationships across assurance, accounting, and advisory servicesWhat they're looking for:5+ years of progressive public accounting audit and assurance experienceCurrent Audit Manager experience or a strong Senior ready for Manager-level responsibilityBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA strongly preferredConfidence managing engagements, deadlines, budgets, and multiple client relationshipsSound technical judgment and the ability to guide teams through complex financial statements and audit issuesA strong presence with senior client leaders and a genuine interest in developing junior professionalsWhat makes this opportunity stand out:$145,000 to $165,000 annually, plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and holidays, a flexible summer schedule, and a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 days in the office.
