Key Responsibilities

• Manage EBP audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable auditing standards.
• Oversee client engagements, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet professional standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, seniors, and interns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide additional value.
• Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Research complex accounting and auditing issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Support business development and contribute to the continued growth of the assurance practice.
• Collaborate with team members to improve audit processes, efficiency, and client service.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience managing or performing Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits.
• Experience with other assurance services, including nonprofit audits, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and develop client relationships.
