Title: Audit Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected regional CPA firm in Indianapolis seeking an Audit Manager. This role is ideal for a CPA with extensive audit experience who is ready to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements
• 
  
• Supervise and develop audit staff
• 
  
• Review financial statements and audit reports
• 
  
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• CPA designation required
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
• 
  
• Proven leadership and client management skills
• 
  
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards
•
