Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Audit Manager to lead and manage financial statement audits across a portfolio of clients. This role combines strong technical accounting knowledge with leadership capabilities to ensure engagements are completed efficiently, accurately, and within budget. The successful candidate will work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality audit services and provide valuable business insights. Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple audit engagement teams concurrently, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, understanding client expectations, and resolving technical or service issues efficiently.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff, providing regular feedback and professional development support.
Act as a trusted advisor by identifying business improvement opportunities and delivering strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with colleagues on proposals and business development initiatives.
Represent the organization at professional networking and recruitment events.
Work flexibly from client sites, office, or remotely, based on team and client needs.
Participate in ongoing technical and professional training programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Active CPA license ( Required).
Minimum of five years of progressive public accounting experience, including prior experience as an Audit Manager.
Strong proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Active CPA license.
Prior experience in external audit.
Previous experience as an Audit Manager .
Experience managing and developing a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
Experience at a Big 4 or large public accounting firm.
Familiarity with audit automation and digitization tools.
