Western-suburbs CPA firm in Naperville is hiring an Audit Manager to run a portfolio of manufacturing, distribution, and construction clients.

Highlights
- Manage multiple audits and reviews; own planning, budgets, and client communication
- Review workpapers and financial statements; resolve technical issues
- Coach seniors and associates; contribute to recruiting and training
- 6+ years public accounting audit experience; CPA required

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $115,000–$140,000 DOE
- Performance bonus and client-development incentives
