Audit Partner OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Audit Partner to join our firm's leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in leading audit engagements, managing key client relationships, and driving the firm's continued growth across the region.The Audit Partner will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including real estate, construction, professional services, hospitality, retail, and food & beverage, while serving as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over client strategy, team development, and firm direction.A proven book of business is a significant plus, though not required. Candidates with strong business development capabilities and an established network will be well-positioned to succeed and grow within the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit & Assurance LeadershipLead and oversee complex audit and assurance engagements from planning through completionEnsure audits are performed in accordance with GAAP, GAAS, and all applicable regulatory standardsReview and approve financial statements, audit reports, and engagement deliverablesEstablish audit strategies, risk assessments, and engagement plans to ensure efficiency and qualityProvide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing mattersClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary relationship partner for key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on financial reporting, internal controls, and operational mattersBuild, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships across industries such as:Real EstateConstructionProfessional ServicesHospitalityRetailFood & BeverageDeliver proactive insights and recommendations that add value beyond the audit processAddress client concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retentionBusiness Development & GrowthContribute to the firm's growth by expanding its presence within the regional marketLeverage existing relationships and networks to generate new business opportunitiesParticipate in networking events, industry groups, and community involvement to enhance the firm's visibilityAssist in proposal development, pricing strategies, and closing new client engagementsIdentify cross-selling opportunities for additional firm servicesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentMentor, coach, and develop audit managers, seniors, and staff, fostering a high-performance cultureProvide leadership in staffing, engagement planning, and workflow managementConduct performance evaluations and support career development initiativesPromote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the audit teamFirm Leadership & Strategic InitiativesCollaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvementsParticipate in firm-wide committees, initiatives, and process enhancementsContribute to the development of best practices, quality control standards, and internal policiesHelp shape the firm's culture, values, and long-term visionQualificationsCPA designation required12+ years of progressive public accounting experience with significant audit leadership responsibilitiesExtensive experience managing and leading complex audit engagements across multiple industriesStrong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory requirementsProven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the executive levelDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsStrong business development acumen and regional market presencePreferred AttributesExisting book of business or demonstrated ability to generate revenue is highly desirable (but not required)Experience serving clients in real estate, construction, professional services, hospitality, retail, and/or food & beverage industriesEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to firm growth and leadershipExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on client engagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
