Audit Senior - Public Accounting

Are you a detail-driven assurance professional ready for your next step? My client is a well-established regional CPA firm serving nonprofit, healthcare and professional services, and they are adding a Audit Senior to their Birmingham office.

About the Role:

• Lead fieldwork on audit and review engagements
• Supervise and train staff auditors
• Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements
• Communicate directly with client management
• Help plan engagements and manage budgets

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of assurance experience in public accounting
• CPA preferred
• Solid understanding of auditing standards and internal controls
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Clear communication with clients and teammates
