Job Description
Growing CPA firm with two offices in the Valley of the Sun is looking to add an Audit Senior to their staff.Responsibilities include:- Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion
- Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
- Researching and analyzing financial data and audit-related issues
- Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations
- Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes
- Developing an understanding of each client’s business operations
- Supporting additional accounting services as needed
Background Required- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus)
- 2-4 years of audit experience in public accounting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to delivering superior client service
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
