Join our team as an Audit Specialist in New York, NY on a contract basis. This role involves leading complex assignments and managing client engagements in financial crime compliance. Utilize your expertise in compliance risk management and governance to provide strategic solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in planning, executing, and reporting on client engagements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identify and progress sales opportunities in collaboration with team members.
• Mentor and manage junior staff, ensuring the development of their skills.
• Contribute to thought leadership and product development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in financial crime compliance and governance, with at least two years in a management role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial crime compliance controls, such as transaction monitoring and risk assessments.
