Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Conduct field audits and examinations at client locations and remotely
• 
  
• Review financial records, payroll data, operational reports, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Prepare audit workpapers, schedules, and detailed findings
• 
  
• Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies, compliance issues, and areas of risk
• 
  
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to clients and internal leadership
• 
  
• Assist with planning, executing, and completing audit engagements
• 
  
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements
• 
  
• Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness
• 
  
• Ensure engagements are completed accurately and within established timelines
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 
  
• 2+ years of audit, accounting, compliance, or related experience
• 
  
• Public accounting, field audit, workers' compensation premium audit, or insurance audit experience highly preferred
• 
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• 
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems
• 
  
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to client sites
•
