Location: Minooka, IL

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Days: Monday - Friday

Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs and production demands.

Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Auditors to join our team in Minooka, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound shipments to ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Job Duties

• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Review warehouse processes and facility operations to ensure procedures and best practices are being followed.
• Partner with the Inventory Control team to verify inventory location accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collect, organize, and maintain audit documentation and performance records.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support management with implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a warehouse for extended periods. Ability to conduct inspections and audits in an active warehouse environment. Ability to bend, reach, and perform routine warehouse activities as needed.
