Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist clients via phone, email, and in person with questions or concerns
- Greet new potential clients in person
- Provide assistance to attorneys when requested
- Enter new clients into the case management system and maintain the file
- Filing, backup phone operator & other clerical duties
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of legal or receptionist experience is a plus but not required;
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required
