Auto Adjuster

Kforce has a client in Colorado Springs, CO, that is seeking an Auto Adjuster.

Summary Your work will focus on adjusting non-injury auto claims and youll work under supervision to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low complexity auto insurance claims presented by or against our members. This will include the end-to-end claims process and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. In this role, you will make a difference to our members as you deliver best-in-class customer service through setting appropriate expectations, proactively communicating, and providing advice to deliver appropriate solutions to the member.

Key Responsibilities • Acquire and apply basic knowledge of auto coverages, physical damage, and liability. • Evaluate and settle high-volume, low-complexity claims (e.g., single vehicle parked, unoccupied, glass, roadside rental). • Resolve claims through proactive problem-solving and decision-making. • Document damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate resolution. • Support members using various communication channels and digital tools. • Learn and apply foundational knowledge of P&C insurance products and procedures. • Participate in CAT response operations.
