    Are you looking for a rewarding career at a high-volume, family-owned collision repair facility where your work is valued and appreciated? We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join our dedicated team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

    We also have excellent opportunities available for other automotive professionals. Candidates with I-CAR, ASE, or Paint Certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Position Overview

    As a Collision Repair Technician, you’ll work hands-on with collision-damaged vehicles, diagnosing issues, making repairs, and ensuring the highest quality results. You’ll collaborate closely with estimators and other team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on collision-damaged vehicles

    • Safely operate and drive vehicles as required

    • Diagnose damage and determine appropriate repair processes

    • Use Car-O-Liner frame repair equipment for measurement and alignment

    • Communicate additional repairs needed to estimators

    • Collaborate with estimators to create accurate labor time estimates

    • Replace or repair damaged vehicle parts and systems

    • Demonstrate strong welding and metal fabrication skills

    • Ensure proper documentation of all repairs

    • Follow company policies regarding vehicle care and customer service

    • Wear appropriate safety gear and maintain a clean, safe work environment

    • Attend team and dealership meetings as required

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Minimum of 5 years of collision repair experience

    • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

    • Strong team player with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

    • Proficiency with modern repair equipment and tools

    • Willingness to complete and maintain industry certifications and training
