WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform minor to major collision repairs
• Tear down and inspect vehicles accurately
• Develop and follow proper repair plans
• Work with a team that communicates and supports each other
• Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Deliver workmanship you can be proud of
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
• Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Collision repair experience or formal training
• Strong mechanical and body repair background
• Solid time management and attention to detail
• Reliable, trustworthy, team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to meet customer expectations without shop chaos
• I‑CAR and ASE certifications a plus
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Willing to complete background check & drug screen
