RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and internalize Earl Stewart Toyota's customer experience policy: The Earl Stewart Code
• Perform work specified on the repair order/estimate with efficiency and superior craftsmanship following manufacturer's recommendations  
• Test-drive vehicles
• Communicate directly with the manager/writer so that customers can be informed if any additional repairs are needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
