License/Certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license, BLS Certification via AHA
Experience: New graduates with?2 years of experience as RN, or experienced RNs preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What Youll Do:
Assess and prioritize patient needs based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial factors
Re-assess patients systematically to monitor progress and identify trends
Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with Nursing Standards of Care
Perform timely interventions and document procedures, including point-of-care testing
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, physicians, and patients
Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Assist in orienting new staff and contribute to a positive work environment
Float to various Med/Surg departments as needed under the supervision of unit leadership
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including dress code (grey scrubs) and EMR documentation in EPIC
What You Need:
Required:
Current RN license in New Mexico or Compact state
BLS Certification via AHA
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, with flexibility for weekend and on-call shifts
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in Medical/Surgical units with a nurse/patient ratio of 1:5-6
Ability to adapt to multiple units and contribute to team goals
Demonstrated professionalism and a team-oriented attitude
