• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license in New Mexico or a compact state, BLS from AHA required
• Experience: 1+ year of relevant nursing experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide routine and complex patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and care activities accurately
• Assess patient and family education needs; deliver targeted education
• Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patient care plans
• Float across various Med/Surg departments as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards such as Epic documentation and grey scrubs dress code

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med/Surg or similar setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
