What Youll Do
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units, following established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses
- Document patient history, care provided, and treatment outcomes
- Assess and address patients psychological, emotional, and social needs
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Demonstrate independence and adherence to clinical standards and procedures
What You Need
- Active RN license in New Mexico or valid compact license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
