What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units, following established protocols
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses
  • Document patient history, care provided, and treatment outcomes
  • Assess and address patients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs
  • Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate independence and adherence to clinical standards and procedures

What You Need
  • Active RN license in New Mexico or valid compact license
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
