What Youll Do- Provide routine and complex nursing care in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Monitor patient responses and side effects of therapies
- Document comprehensive patient information accurately
- Assess and educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with all department staff and float to all Med/Surg units as needed
- Support long-range patient care goals and manage contingencies effectively
What You Need- RN license in NM or a compact state
- BLS certification from AHA
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
