• Shift: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12 hours)
• Hours/week: Approximately 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Travel / Full-Time
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license (state or compact), BLS required
• Experience: 1 year preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide quality nursing care in Medical/Surgical units during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation of patient care and progress
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with team members to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
• Float to all Med/Surg departments as needed under supervision
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, dress code, and safety standards

What You Need:

• Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and rotate weekends/holidays as required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
