Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in NM or a compact state, BLS via AHA
Experience: 1+ year preferred in medical/surgical nursing

Hourly Rate: $58.96

What Youll Do
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population in a Medical/Surgical setting
Assess patient needs, develop, and implement care plans using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitor effectiveness, and side effects
Document patient information accurately in EPIC EMR system
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
Adhere to hospital policies, dress code (grey scrubs), and safety protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and float among departments as needed
What You Need
Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
BLS certification through AHA
Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
