Auto Service Advisor

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers to understand their specific automotive needs, provide knowledgeable guidance, and recommend products and services that best fit their vehicle and situation.
• Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and clearly explain recommended services, costs, and payment options.
• Promote and sell tires, parts, accessories, and automotive services based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive products, services, and basic maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery installation.
• Support Auto Care Center events, promotions, loyalty programs, and other Fleet Farm initiatives while ensuring services are completed accurately and to a high standard.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting, preferred.
