Auto Technician-Flexible Schedule! Great Location!

We are seeking an experienced Auto Technician to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. As a Full-Time Auto Technician, you will have a flexible schedule and work within a great location. You will have the opportunity to earn an average of $45 per hour through a base plus commission pay structure. $28-$60/hour (Incentive/Based)

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technology
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate and detailed reports to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors on vehicle repairs and maintenance needs
- Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and dealership policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- ASE certification preferred
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing repairs and conducting inspections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
