We are looking for a skilled and motivated automotive professional (preferably an A or B tech) to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
Complete repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, steering components, and other vehicle systems.
Inspect vehicles to identify wear, damage, and service needs.
Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
Document findings, recommended services, and completed work clearly and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and support a collaborative shop environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive repair, maintenance, or diagnostics.
Working knowledge of vehicle systems, repair procedures, and diagnostic methods.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service information systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and industry best practices.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or progress toward certification.
Experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
Knowledge of modern vehicle electronics and computerized diagnostic systems.
Manufacturer training or dealership experience.
