AutoCAD Drafter

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and technicians. The role is temp-to-hire, providing a pathway to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize 2 years of drafting experience to create detailed design drawings.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and technicians to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and interpret construction plans accurately.
• Apply strong math skills to drafting and design tasks.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Meet project deadlines consistently and efficiently.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support drafting tasks and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in drafting.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate drafting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with project team members.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Benefits:

This position offers competitive pay starting at $25.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $28.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The role is a temporary-to-hire position, providing a path to permanent employment.

Additional Details:

Max Pay is $28.00. Min Pay is $25.00.
