AutoCAD Detailer (Drafting Technician)
Penmac Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Detailer for a full-time, long-term opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients in the Russellville area. This is an on-site position and is not remote. If you enjoy working with technical drawings, have strong AutoCAD skills, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, this may be the opportunity for you.
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift

Location: Russellville, ARRequirements for the AutoCAD Detailer
- Strong AutoCAD skills required
- Proficiency with computers and Windows 10
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Exchange
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow drafting standards and work instructions
- Must be willing to submit to any required pre-employment screenings
AutoCAD Detailer Responsibilities
- Review sales drawings and design documents for accuracy and completeness
- Create detailed manufacturing drawings according to established drafting procedures
- Produce manufacturing reports and documentation to support production needs
- Develop 3D exploded-view drawings for manufacturing and installation teams
- Ensure drawings clearly communicate assembly requirements, specifications, and production details
- Verify dimensions, materials, and design information for accuracy
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and installation personnel to maintain quality standards
- Assist in updating and maintaining technical drawings as needed
- Support manufacturing operations by providing accurate and timely drafting services
Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
- Starting pay of $17.00 per hour and up, based on experience
