A Day in This Role

Step onto the production floor and kick off your shift with a quick equipment check. You’ll set up your workstation, load materials, and start up the machinery that keeps our lines moving. Throughout the day, you’ll watch gauges and displays, make simple adjustments to keep output on spec, and inspect finished pieces to ensure quality. You’ll wrap up by cleaning and organizing your area so the next shift can hit the ground running.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to achieve daily targets
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Inspect output for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Follow documented work instructions, specifications, and all safety procedures
• Perform basic machine adjustments and promptly report equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area

What You Bring

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
