Automation Controls Engineer

Role: Automation Controls Engineer
Location: Camden, Arkansas
Pay Rate: $52-58/hour on W2

Position Overview
We are seeking an Automation Controls Engineer with strong experience in FANUC robotics and Rockwell PLC-based automation. The engineer will develop automation programs from scratch, integrate controls for custom equipment, and support shop-floor testing and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop PLC, HMI, and robot programs from concept through completion for custom equipment, conveyor lines, and robotic cells.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot FANUC robots.
• Configure and integrate FANUC iRVision, including 3DV applications.
• Develop and troubleshoot Rockwell PLC programs and servo motion control systems.
• Configure, debug, and test equipment on the shop floor in preparation for customer reviews.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide production support.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting FANUC robots.
• Experience with FANUC iRVision and 3DV.
• Strong programming and troubleshooting experience with Rockwell PLCs.
• Experience with servo motion control.
• Demonstrated ability to develop PLC, HMI, and robot programs from scratch through completion.
• Experience with custom equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic cells.
• Hands-on experience with shop-floor equipment testing, debugging, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing HMI applications using Ignition.
