Compensation & schedule Pay: $30–$34.65/hour, paid weekly (experience-based)Shift: 3rd Shift Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon / Fri, Sat, Sun)Hours: 11:00 pm – 7:30 amCore qualifications Industrial Maintenance experience within a manufacturing plant Background with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, control circuits, motors, pumps, and industrial power distribution Confident working with 480V, 3‑phase systems; strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Experience using Keyence Vision or other camera/vision systems Demonstrated success working in a team environment Technical strengths Mechanical troubleshooting 120/208/240/480V systems Electrical fault finding and repair Pneumatics diagnostics Hydraulic systems & components Mechanical systems & component repair Reading and interpreting electrical schematics Equipment repair & preventive maintenance Systems you’ll support Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Allen Bradley PLCs Conveyor systems Servo motors What success looks like Quickly assess issues, minimize downtime, and communicate clearly with operations. Document work thoroughly and hand off seamlessly to the next team. Collaborate to improve reliability across lines and reduce repeat failures.
