We're committed to making a positive impact, providing diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.Responsibilities Oversee portfolio that includes dozens of projects at different phasesRecruit, onboard, and captain a team of engineers for technical problem solving as neededCommunicate project status to local management, BU & Platform Presidents, EVPsLead three or more simultaneous projectsFlexible short-term business trips as well as longer-term implementationsUse skills in process and LEAN to build project scopes so automation technology can improve factory processes and optimize KPI'sMap existing factory processes, educate businesses on bottlenecks, propose and implement future states which align with business growth and investment goalsOwn responsibility for technical project leadershipBe the project technical expert when neededUse engineering skills and subject matter experts to deliver automation solutionsSpearhead technology research to deliver state-of-the-art processes and designsWork across multiple facilities with separate stakeholder teams and processesWork with project managers to set and manage goals, deliverables, and timelinesBuild payback models and assist in writing capital requestsUse existing Marmon automation implementation process to guide your workflowTeach and mentor businesses to continue executing projectsMentor and guide others as required.
