Role Scope
Engineer the automation and equipment inside the lines: cells, fixtures, and machines specified, bought, and proven.
Own equipment from URS through SAT: vendor selection, FAT, install, and handoff to production.
Integrate equipment into the lines controls and data: cycle counts, faults, and OEE flowing automatically.
Own uptime and cycle-time gains after handoff, not thrown over the wall.
What Were Looking For

Youve specified and launched production equipment or automation cells.
Youve run FATs that caught what mattered before shipment.
Youre hands-on at the machine: sensors, drives, and program logic.
Youve integrated equipment data into OEE or MES reporting.
You close out installs completely: training, spares, and documentation.
Bonus: PLC programming. Robotics integration. Machine safety standards. CMMS and spares strategy.
