Seeking a hands-on Automation/Controls Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a strong PLC/SCADA background within a GMP pharmaceutical environment and is comfortable troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment on the production floor. This is a mid-level opportunity for someone with a solid engineering foundation who is still technically hands-on and interested in continuing to learn.
Background
4–10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical automation experience
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing automation and controls systems
Strong experience with PLC and SCADA systems, particularly Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens
Experience troubleshooting across PLC, HMI/SCADA, instrumentation, electrical, software, and industrial networking
Experience in GMP/cGMP manufacturing environments
Background supporting equipment integration, commissioning, FAT/SAT, qualification, or capital projects
Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with sterile manufacturing or filling lines is highly preferred
