Strong background experience in Robotic Process Automation , including experience with Automation Anywhere ..Rate Range: $90/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Summary: The Process Automation Manager is responsible for successfully completing projects to transform and optimize business processes. A successful individual thrives in a dynamic environment, is organized and detail-oriented; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, we lead within Worldwide Operations and collaborate with other functional organizations.Job Responsibilities:Developing and driving implementation schedules for high impact projectsManaging an efficient allocation of shared resources and coordinating with internal and external teams to support delivery of projects in parallelLeading the execution from start to finish of process automation solutions across several teams and functions.Communicating upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options to resolve with stakeholders and executive teamsKey Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing project teams to deliver process improvement projectsExperience implementing process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.Results oriented and attention to detailAbility to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressureStrong interpersonal skills and ability to present to managementPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
