Responsibilities
- Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness.
- Process pay-off checks and ACH transactions for trades and purchases.
- Work with finance and sales managers to expedite car deal processing.
- Generate and maintain commission reports.
- Process title work as needed.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Must learn quickly and work within time constraints.
- Strong ethics is a must, position requires knowledge of sensitive information.
- Attention to detail with ability to take direction.
- Positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and Dealership management systems.
- Automotive experience preferred.
