    Compliance & Internal Controls
Establish and enforce strict internal control policies to safeguard inventory, cash flow, and dealership assets across all locations.

Direct tax compliance, licensing, title work, and state/federal regulatory filings for Tennessee operations.

Oversee floorplan management, inventory audits, and cash forecasting across all stores.

    Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and elevate centralized office managers, payroll specialists, and accounting clerks across multiple rooftops.

Foster a culture of excellence, accuracy, and concierge-level internal customer service fitting for luxury brands.

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Automotive Experience: 5+ years of successful experience as an Automotive Dealership Controller or Multi-Store Financial Controller (required).

Luxury Automotive Exposure: Prior accounting oversight within luxury franchises (e.g., Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, or exotic automotive groups) strongly preferred.

Multi-Store Oversight: Proven track record managing centralized accounting offices or multi-rooftop dealership groups.

DMS Proficiency: Advanced experience with major Automotive DMS platforms such as CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. CPA or MBA is a strong plus.

Analytical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong business acumen to translate numbers into operational strategy.
