McGraw Ford is looking for a motivated, hardworking Automotive Detailer to join our rapidly growing dealership team in the Coastal Bend. If you take pride in making vehicles look showroom-ready and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, wax, buff, and detail vehicles for delivery and inventory
• Clean vehicle interiors including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows
• Perform paint decontamination and polishing when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the detail department and wash bay
• Inspect vehicles for quality before customer delivery
• Work closely with sales and service departments to meet deadlines
• Help maintain dealership presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Previous detailing experience preferred, but we can train the right person
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
