Automotive Field Operations Specialist

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route is completed)

Pay: $24.00++ per hour

About the Position


Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable, hands-on Automotive Inventory Technician to service automotive dealerships throughout the Corvallis and Eugene areas.


This is an active, route-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, staying busy, and taking ownership of their daily responsibilities. You'll travel between assigned dealerships, locate inventory, and use a company-provided iPhone and mobile app to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos for online listings.


You don't need professional photography experience to succeed. We provide paid training and all the equipment needed to learn the job.


This is not a traditional photography position. It's a structured automotive field role that requires attention to detail, physical activity, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.


What You'll Do

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
  
  
• Locate vehicles and keys to complete daily inventory assignments.
  
  
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app.
  
  
• Move vehicles into designated photo areas on dealership lots.
  
  
• Verify vehicle information and communicate inventory issues to dealership personnel.
  
  
• Coordinate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability, missing keys, and other daily challenges.
  
  
• Follow established procedures to maintain accurate and consistent online inventory.
  
  
• Manage your assigned route and complete daily work efficiently.

• Automotive: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, and inventory specialists.

• Landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  
  
• Delivery drivers and route-based positions.
  
  
• Other physically active or outdoor occupations.
  
  

Successful candidates are:

• Dependable with a consistent work history.
  
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  
  
• Able to walk dealership lots and stay on their feet throughout the day.
  
  
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Resourceful and able to solve problems without constant supervision.
  
  
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic technology.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  
  
• At least 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
  
  
• Previous automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on experience preferred.
  
  
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors throughout the day.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to learn and use mobile technology.
  
  
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
  
  
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits
