Position Summary

Support Deloitte project teams working with large dealership groups as they transition from legacy dealer management system platforms to Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC). This role is suited for professionals with hands-on Fixed Operations experience across service and parts who can apply dealership knowledge to implementation support, staff training, and operational readiness. The work focuses on helping dealership teams use Tekion ARC effectively from day one while minimizing disruption during deployment and go-live activities.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Fixed Ops Contractor will include:

• Support Tekion ARC deployments with a focus on dealership Fixed Operations workflows across Service and Parts.
• Work with dealership Service and Parts teams transitioning from legacy dealer management system platforms to Tekion ARC.
• Deliver role-based training for Service Advisors, Technicians, Dispatchers, Parts Counter personnel, and other Fixed Operations staff using store-specific workflows and repair order processes.
• Support setup and validation of Fixed Operations configurations, including repair order workflows, labor operations, parts inventory, pricing, bin structure, technician dispatch, warranty claim processing, and service scheduling.
• Identify process gaps, workflow misalignments, and configuration issues during go-live and early adoption phases; provide recommendations and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Deloitte project teams, Tekion teams, and dealership stakeholders during implementation, readiness, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in dealership Fixed Operations in a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service Director, Senior Service Advisor, or similar role.
• Experience training dealership Service and Parts staff on dealer management system platforms, repair order workflows, or parts operations processes.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or migrating Fixed Operations modules in dealer management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Dealertrack, or Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud.
• Experience with repair order write-up, dispatch, closing, labor operations, warranty repair procedures, parts inventory, ordering, returns, and service scheduling workflows.
• Experience supporting go-live activities for dealership system implementations with Service and Parts teams.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel 90%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud deployments in dealership Service and Parts environments.
• Experience supporting multi-store or enterprise dealership rollouts.
• Experience with original equipment manufacturer warranty claim submission and compliance requirements.
• Experience with technician time tracking, dispatch workflows, and productivity reporting.
• Experience with parts inventory setup, pricing, and bin management.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40-$60 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
