Will Tiesiera Ford is looking for a driven, experienced Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales operation, develop our team, and drive dealership performance.

We are looking for a hands-on automotive leader and proven producer who knows how to run the desk, structure deals, maximize gross, manage inventory, develop salespeople and managers, and create a culture of accountability and performance.

This is NOT an entry-level management position.

COMPENSATION:

$10,000–$20,000 PER MONTH DOE

$120,000–$240,000 annual earning potential

Compensation will be based on automotive management experience, proven performance, leadership ability, and overall qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As General Sales Manager, you will take an active leadership role in the dealership's sales operation, including:

• Lead, motivate, coach, and hold the sales team accountable
  
• Manage the sales desk and overall deal flow
  
• Structure and desk deals to maximize gross profit and closing opportunities
  
• Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I
  
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  
• Establish goals and drive the team toward achieving them
  
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals
  
• Manage CRM activity, follow-up, appointments, and lead performance
  
• Monitor new and pre-owned inventory
  
• Assist with inventory acquisition, pricing, aging, and turn
  
• Analyze dealership KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction standards
  
• Ensure processes are followed consistently across the department
  
• Create a competitive, professional, accountable sales culture
  
• Work directly with dealership leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals
  

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A LEADER WHO:

• Has proven automotive dealership sales management experience
  
• Understands how to desk and structure deals
  
• Knows how to protect and maximize gross
  
• Can coach and develop both experienced and newer sales professionals
  
• Understands CRM accountability and internet lead processes
  
• Is comfortable managing by the numbers and KPIs
  
• Understands new and used vehicle operations
  
• Has strong closing and negotiation skills
  
• Leads from the front
  
• Holds people accountable while building a positive team culture
  
• Is highly competitive, organized, professional, and results-driven
